The 2012 Fall Showcase Parade of Homes books are available at Holiday Stationstores. I stopped into a Holiday store and picked up a copy of the Fall Showcase and Remodelers Showcase, these looked hot off the presses as I had to cut the banding straps to get one.
This years Parade of Homes has 296 homes to view on Parade. It is a little lighter on the inventory, but that is no surprise for the marketplace. If you are looking to buy a new home, you will likely be custom building instead of buying a spec or model home.
The Parade of Homes also launched a brand new website. This looks like a nice improvement from the old website! Enjoy the Parade of Homes.
