A lot of what is shown here are just ideas on how this technology can be used.  Ultimately it will only be used if it makes life easier and saves time OR entertains us...</description>

		<description>For every single appraisal I determine within the subjects market area whether it&#039;s declining, stable, or increasing (for that particular home style). So yes, it can be very fluid. I usually use three different data sets to help determine the market-I&#039;m guessing there aren&#039;t many appraisers doing that, but it&#039;s the only way I can feel good about the work I do.</description>
